Hiding from who we are, is like putting a hand over a fire hydrant to try and stop the water from gushing out. The soul has a natural purpose and all it knows how to do is to pour out in the expression of why it was sent hear. But despite this natural quality, there is a little voice that sometimes acts as the hand over the spout, trying to contain it. The hand of fear, the hand of doubt, this is the hand of our suffering. This hand will struggle and feel burden, grow weary and collapse from the deluge of our higher calling. To be One with our own inherent force is to experience a freedom that will set this world on fire.
